Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may ship the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Timing

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Issues

If your package shows up damaged, lost, or wrong, don’t disappear. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll work to make it right.
