Big Metz BBQ sauces and seasonings are built the hard way and packed with care. If something shows up damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives busted, leaking, or wrong, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a quick message with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it — replacement or refund, no runaround.
Food Products
Because these are food items, we can’t accept returns on opened products. Once it leaves our hands, we can’t put it back on the shelf — and we won’t ask you to ship it back.
If there’s a problem with an unopened item, contact us and we’ll work through it with you.
Shipping Issues
Once an order leaves our pit, shipping timelines are in the carrier’s hands. That said, if something goes sideways in transit, don’t disappear — reach out and we’ll help track it down.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, but we’ll move fast on our end.
