This sauce was forged at the crossroads of tradition, service, and fire. I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran with a lifelong passion for cooking, smoking, and grilling. The foundation of this recipe comes from my grandmother’s kitchen, passed down, well-worn, and full of heart. Over time, I’ve made a few hard-earned tweaks to perfect it, honoring her legacy while making it my own.

I started this company after a major life reset, determined to build something real for my family; something honest, bold, and built to last. What began over a smoker turned into a mission: craft a barbecue sauce with backbone, balance, and zero shortcuts.
